RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you’ll be delighted with the quality of our products. However, should this not be the case , you may return any items sold on this site within 14 days from the date of receipt, for a full refund including postage.
To process your return or exchange, contact us on hello@okunbeachwear.com before you return your items and keep a hold of your dispatch note or your order confirmation email.
DURING SALES
All sales are final during a sales promotion period (including but not limited to the ‘UP TO HALF PRICE SALE’) and cannot be returned but may be exchanged for replacement items or a store credit.

TERMS
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you use a standard delivery with a tracked service.
Any items returned to us must be in original condition complete with original packaging. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them.
When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Swimwear should be tried on over your underwear as we may be unable to accept them otherwise.
Once we have received your package and goods in their original condition, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the item(s) or exchange for a different item if that is your wish within 30 working days of receipt.
We usually refund the order cost (including any shipping charges) immediately upon receipt or dispatch the exchanged item within a couple of days.
Gifts must be returned or exchanged by the person who paid for it.

We at Òkun, are more interested in positive outcomes for our customers than in rules and regulations; so please get in touch with any of your concerns. We endeavour to respond to every inquiry promptly and attentively and to resolve things to your complete satisfaction.
