We ship worldwide from the UK via Royal Mail Tracked but not signed for. All times and costs below are approximate and will be confirmed on your order...
- UK (1-3 days): £5
- EU (3-5 days): £10
- USA (5-7 days): £12.50
- ROW (5-10 days): £15
DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday during normal working hours and delivered on working days please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking reference.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SHIP & REFUND ANY ORDER OR CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS SHIPPING CHARGE OPTIONS IF YOUR TERRITORY IS DEFINED BY THE COURIER AS REMOTE.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 days from receipt. To return an item you must contact us for the return procedure. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us including postage and packing. You will however need to cover the cost of returning your order if it was sent out to you for free. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded
PROCEDURE
If you wish to return or exchange any items to OKUN, please reply to your order confirmation email. Please wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to OKUN as OKUN is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or is not in its original condition.
