DELIVERY POLICY (COVID-19)
We will always ensure our best efforts to despatch goods as quickly as possible however delivery times are guides, they are not guaranteed.
Orders made by midday GMT will be despatched the same working day.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday UK 9am - 6pm and delivered on working days.
Tracking & Redelivery
If the goods are returned to us after failure to deliver, a second redelivery charge will be incurred.
A tracking reference will be sent to you with your confirmation email and a signature will be required on delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SHIP (REFUND THE ORDER) OR CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS SHIPPING CHARGE OPTIONS IF YOUR TERRITORY IS DEFINED BY THE COURIER AS REMOTE.
